**1. Purpose** These Terms govern your use of UniSaju ("the Service"), operated by UniSaju Operations ("Company"). **2. Nature of the Service** All readings and AI responses are provided for self-reflection and personal-growth purposes only. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Use them at your own discretion. **3. Eligibility** You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. **4. Paid Services** Subscriptions are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, with deduction for digital content already consumed. **5. Prohibited Conduct** Identity misuse, automated scraping, and infringement of the Company's intellectual property are prohibited. **6. Limitation of Liability** The Company is not liable for direct damages arising from decisions made based on Service outputs. **7. Governing Law** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court.
